Much bibliographical theory of like designing Base de Datos exists.
The technique to design and to construct Base of data is well-known

Systems to solve this problem. I describe I diagnose in my article
Intelligent database. The solution is complex because it has technical
and political components (own of the Company), but is due to take a
decision and a direction (direction) radical that diminish future the
operative risks and of yield, latent possibility to maintain a
negligent lack of control and organization in the data that define the
rules of business of the Companies. The solutions in Bases de Datos of
the Companies must be made effective in the short and medium term,
thus to diminish the high costs before possible damages, that they
would represent a smaller investment if its definitive solution will
